What made Chef Khalilur Rahman decided to open a Culinary Institute in Dhaka!!
Mr. Khalil is holding fifty plus food outlets in fifty states of USA where a big number of Bengali
nations are working and adding revenue to the accounts of Bangladesh government for
which Mr. Khalil has been appreciated from all vital corners of our Bengali nation.
On the way to his operational journey at USA, he finds lacks of professional Bengali nations
who can serve the purposes of cooking and serving healthy food in a standard operating
manner.To develop the food industry in Bangladesh, he discovered the need of people who will
have professional knowledge and skills.Eventually, he made up his mind to open a Hotel Management Institute in Dhaka,Bangladesh to train up the scholars and to provide them employments nationally and
globally.Khalil Culinary Arts Centre (KCAC) is an accredited and renowned private organization
located in the heart of Motijheel, Dhaka-Bangladesh. This is an independent Institute with
its own Board of Trustees. The Institute offers several programs in Diploma and under
Diploma level from its available faculties.The Institute is furnished with state-of-the-art equipment and furniture. A good number ofskilled teachers, chefs and demonstrators are in associated with KCAC to serve thepurposes of students.Bangladesh Technical Education Board and National Skills Development Authoritybestowed permission to establish this magnificent Institute in 2024.Now; the Institute is channelizing its full activities in developing skill Human Resources tomaster the Arts of Culinary

to become professional Chefs. Our brief certificate programs include essential topics such
as Food Safety & Hygiene, Food Protection, Food & Beverage Production, and Pastry &
Bakery. Our diploma programs offer in-depth exploration for up to one year, emphasizing
advanced culinary skills.
