Founded by the internationally renowned chef Md Khalilur Rahman, a recipient of the prestigious US President Lifetime Achievement Award and the British Curry Award, this center is the realization of his lifelong dream to bring world-class culinary education to Bangladesh. With over three decades of experience in some of the world’s top kitchens, Chef Rahman has designed an institution that thrives on cultural culinary traditions infused with modern practices.

Our Courses
We offer a range of courses that cater to all levels – from beginners to aspiring professional chefs. Our short certificate courses cover fundamentals like Food Safety & Hygiene, Food Protection, Food & Beverage Production, and Pastry & Bakery. For those who aim to delve deeper, our diploma programs extend for up to a year, featuring advanced culinary techniques and comprehensive training.
